I noticed a Dermaceutical poster placed in the shop next door. Fast forward, I have now been visiting the clinic for 2 months. When I first enquired, my concern was my under eye area. There was a large amount of darkness and hollowness that I wanted help with. Dr Farah was so lovely in offering her time and sitting down with me to listen to my worries. After my first consultation there were no questions left unanswered which encouraged me to choose Dermaceutical for my treatment.The suitable treatment was Tear Trough, which is an Injectable to add volume beneath my eyelid. The treatment itself was smooth with patience given to me from the team. Instant results were seen after my Tear Trough Treatment and Dr Farah explained the procedure with so much detail that I was left feeling in safe hands.On every visit I notice that the clinic is kept in good order as it is always clean, bright and tidy. The team was so friendly and caring I couldn't recommend the clinic more. I feel confident coming back to the clinic for further treatments in the future as the atmosphere is welcoming and the prices are great.

I first attended Dermaceutical in June as I noticed the clinic whilst driving past. My initial concern was the hyper-pigmentation I suffer with so I had a consultation with Dr Farah to discuss my concerns. Dr Farah took her time to really understand what I was asking for and suggested PRP as an option. All questions were explained in depth which left me with a large amount of knowledge to take with me before proceeding with the treatment. I am having 6 sessions of PRP spread across a period of time to deliver the best results possible. Whilst being a client at Dermaceutical i have noticed that if you also follow the aftercare it does miracles as the effort has to come from you as well as the clinic. Before my 1st session of PRP I had a Hydragen Facial to help prep my skin by adding extra Hydration to help stimulate Collagen beforehand. The atmosphere in the clinic has always been warm and welcoming from the team with them offering amazing customer service that has been a genuine quality. I have never gone into a treatment without everything being explained to me which has helped me continuously know I'm in safe hands. I feel my money has been well spent as after 1 treatment of PRP it is visible how much smoother my skin is which has helped my confidence when moving forward. The attentiveness of the doctors has been a pleasure as I am always asked of my comfortability throughout the entire treatment as it is clear they truly care about their customers. Another Aspect to look at is the cleanliness of the salon especially due to covid everything is kept spotless so I have no concerns for my safety on that point. I am currently on my 3rd Session of Prp and the only suggestion I have for the business is to expand as I've had nothing but good encounters so far.

I received a leaflet through the letterbox from Dermaceutical advertising their clinic and was interested due to how close i was. I decided to contact the clinic and had a 30 minute chat on the phone where all my questions were answered and my apprehension subsided. I booked in for a free consultation where Dr Farah took a long amount of time to deeply listen to my concerns and make me feel comfortable with my decision. I decided to get 1ml of Lip Filler to even out my top to my bottom as I have been to a previous practitioner and wasn't pleased. After the Treatment all of my family have supported my decision and have commented on how amazing my lips look and how the enhancement has really benefited my confidence moving forward. The aftercare I was given has really helped in the overall result and I kindly appreciate the effort the team have gone in making sure I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. From the second I entered the clinic the atmosphere was welcoming and I instantly felt relaxed, no pressure was put on me to move forward with anything which can happen in other clinics. The level of knowledge put across to me ensured I was in safe hands as this is something that needs to be thought about when having a treatment like this. Dr Farah is a doctor so I knew safety wouldn’t be an issue. I had complete trust in everyone. I recently returned for my check up and am astounded once again of the cleanliness of the clinic and how well everything is kept neat and tidy. I have already told friends and family about the clinic and have spoken nothing but kindness about Dermaceutical. 

I attended the clinic today 20/5/21 , to be greeted by the team . They were very attentive , friendly and professional. I was having tear trough treatment to help with the darkness under my  eyes and loss of volume through ageing . Also radio frequency to improve  tightening of my neck and jawline .
Every step of the treatments was explained to me throughly throughout by  Farah she explained what she was doing and how this treatment would  benefit myself and how to look after myself afterwards at home. Farah’s knowledge, calmness , attitude and professionalism made this a  very enjoyable experience and my concerns about my treatments whether  they was going to hurt me ( tear trough ) made me feel extremely silly  because it was painless! My treatment was done and I seen a huge difference under my eyes , much  brighter I’m thrilled ! radio frequency I will need several more  treatments but can feel a tightness already after my first session .
The clinic is spotless , very tastefully done and all the latest  equipment which is another benefit to us customers . I would highly  recommend having a consultation with Farah , I for one will be telling  my family and friends about this gem of a clinic and will 100% be back for more .

 I  live locally to Dermaceutical and was passing by when I first noticed  the clinic and the information that was listed on the window. My main  area of concern was my forehead as there were lines that were appearing,  this led me to enquire about botox. Recently, I had travelled to other  clinics to see what options were available but after a free consultation  with Dr Farah I knew Dermaceutical was the best place for my specific  needs. Dr Farah provided me with excellent information and didn't just  sell the idea to me, she really took the time to understand what I was  asking and produce a result that has exceeded my expectations. I knew I  was in safe hands due to the professionalism of all the team involved  and the knowledge I was given. I was so impressed by my 1st treatment I  visited the salon again and enquired about Tear Trough Filler. The 2nd  experience was of a high standard and the Tear Trough filler massively  improved the darkness under my eyes and made me feel more confident. I  have other treatments booked for the future and would recommend going to  the salon and taking the free consultation that is offered.

I went to the clinic with an interest in botox and enquired about help in the reduction of my forehead lines as they are a big area of concern for me. I have attended different botox clinics around Manchester and was given numerous amounts of substandard advice and high prices whereas Dr Farah’s approach was friendly and professional. 

Dr Farah provided me with a lot of clear information on what would work best for my area of concern and also suggested some complimentary treatments to assist me on choosing the best option available. Radio Frequency was a treatment offered to me which helps to lift, firm and tighten skin with the use of heat. Due to losing a large amount of weight my skin was negatively impacted along with the elasticity, however after my first Radio Frequency session I can confidently say that my skin has more of a youthful appearance and appears tighter. Dr Farah was excellent in explaining the whole process and suggested the best aftercare possible for me to enhance the results by keeping my skin hydrated. I am looking forward to my next visit and would recommend the clinic to everyone as so far I believe all of my concerns have been adequately met. Also, the clinic has outstanded my expectations with the cleanliness and comfortability I have felt with all the team involved and the level of knowledge that has been presented to me. Throughout the treatments I have always been asked if I'm okay and a high level of care was shown which influences my decision to return along with the welcoming atmosphere I am always given.

I first noticed Dermaceutical as I was driving past. I'm originally from the area but have been living abroad so I was over here for a short visit and had excitement to go and get a botox treatment done. Botox wasn't a new route for me as I have had the treatment done beforehand. I rang the clinic and enquired about botox, Dr Farah and the team were perfect in explaining the procedure thoroughly which made me feel extremely comfortable in choosing the clinic. I booked my appointment for the next day and was welcomed by a friendly team that was gracious to help me if I had any questions. I was brought into the treatment room and everything was clearly explained to me for a second time to ensure I was happy with proceeding. The treatment went really smoothly and I felt in safe hands throughout. 

I was passing by the clinic with my husband and noticed the information listed on the front of the clinic. I spent some time to see what was offered and realised Dermaceutical offered nutrition plans. This stood out to me as I was passionate about losing weight and looking my best so I took the number listed on the clinic and rang immediately. The clinic was extremely responsive to my inquiry and advised me that it was best to come in for a free consultation to discuss my options and assess my needs. On my first visit I was welcomed by a loving team of professionals that I knew was going to take their time to listen to my concerns. The atmosphere that was set out on my first visit reflected how comfortable I was going to feel going further on in my journey. Dr Farah sat down with me and was extremely attentive to my feelings and understood what I was asking which was important for me to move forward. It became clear that I was in safe hands when a nutrition plan was laid out for me by the DR and advised as the best option for me because the level of knowledge that Dr Farah presented me with exceeded all expectations. She wasn’t going to give me some pills and leave me to it. She took a large amount of time out of her day to build a nutrition plan for me that has led to me losing 4kg so far. The plan has also allowed my sugar levels to drop and be on an efficient health kick as an area of concern during the process has been my diabetes. I believed diabetes was going to be a long term medical problem for me and Dr Farah showed me it can be reversed and improve my health overall by a simple plan that helped my body adapt to a healthier lifestyle. I have been visiting Dermaceutical for 3 weeks now and have had exceptional support along my journey and couldn't be more pleased with my results so far. The team has kept the clinic spotless and the decor is so vibrant it instantly lifts your mood. I feel I have become part of the family at Dermaceutical as every time I have attended I’ve not wanted to leave. I enjoy my visits that much. They know how to make you feel at home and what more could you ask for when visiting somewhere new. Friends and family have all been notified of the clinic and what they offer as I put trust in the clinic that they will always deliver outstanding results.
